Refund & Cancellation Policy
Perishable goods
Because flowers are perishable, all bouquet sales are final.
Artelia guarantees that bouquets are fresh and in good condition at the time of delivery or pickup. Bouquets are delivered in water and placed in shade whenever possible. Once delivered, responsibility for care transfers to the recipient.
To ensure longevity, bouquets should be brought indoors promptly, trimmed, placed in fresh water, and kept away from direct sunlight and ripening fruit.
Issues at delivery
If your bouquet arrives damaged or you believe there is a quality issue, please contact hello@arteliaflorals.com within 24 hours of delivery and include a photo.
If a bouquet is determined to be compromised at the time of delivery, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Because flowers are sensitive to post-delivery handling and environmental conditions, concerns raised after 24 hours may not be eligible for replacement.
Subscription offerings (The Stem Society)
Seasonal offerings purchased through The Stem Society are reserved in advance and are non-refundable once the offering has begun.
Cancellations for a full refund are accepted up to five days before the first delivery date of an offering. After that point, cancellations and refunds are not available, as flowers and materials are prepared in advance.
We are unable to pause individual weeks within an offering.
If you will be out of town, you are welcome to transfer your bouquet to a friend or family member within the delivery area. Please notify us at least 48 hours before your scheduled delivery with the recipient’s name and address.
Merchandise & non-perishable goods
Merchandise items (such as hats, totes, or apparel) may be eligible for return within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused and in original condition.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged.
